This business-focused master's degree examines key issues and trends in the hospitality industry and develops strategic decision-makers and managers. Students benefit from an experiential driven curriculum that allows them to gain hands-on experience through consulting projects, internships, and class projects.
With all courses beginning after 5pm, students are encouraged to keep or take on full-time employment or assistantships and externships during the day. This program grants students the flexibility to complete the program in as few as 16 months or up to 4 years. Students also work closely with the academic director and Center for Student Professional Development to create personalized paths to achieve their professional goals.
